<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff tag which improves the convenience when a user carries out foodstuff management, and prevents a human error and with which inventory management of foodstuffs can be automatically carried out. <P>SOLUTION: The foodstuff tag A1 is constituted by applying an illustration 3 of the foodstuff to a contactless ID tag 2 by printing or sticking etc., so as to make the foodstuff easily identifiable by a user.
