<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of hot water supply temperature even when the hot water supply temperature is easily changed, for example, at the time of starting and ending simultaneous hot water supply. <P>SOLUTION: This storage type water heater is provided with hot and cold water mixing parts 6, 7 for mixing hot water with water, and 2-system water supply circuits in which a restriction part 13 is provided at the upstream of the hot and cold water mixing part.
