PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference material gathering apparatus capable of remarkably reducing a time and an effort required for the preparation of delivering conference materials, compared with a conventional method. SOLUTION: Conference information such as the date of a conference, sections to make presentation, e-mail addresses of representatives of the sections to make presentation and the number of copies are set and inputted from a conference information input means 11. A notifying means 12 transmits the e-mail of requesting the submission of the conference materials to the representatives of the sections making presentation on the basis of this input information. The conference materials inputted from information devices 2, 3 in response to this request are stored in a storage means 14. A material management means 15 manages a deadline such as the deadline of the submission of the conference materials or the date/time of printing, and when the date/time of printing managed by this means 15 comes, a printing means 16 prints each item of the conference materials stored in the storage means 14.
