PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of easily and surely detecting electronic watermark information in a short time from an image photographed by a camera attached communication apparatus such as a camera attached mobile phone without the need for external communication. SOLUTION: An image processing method in the camera attached communication apparatus for detecting electronic watermark information from an image photographed by a camera of the camera attached communication apparatus includes: a first step of photographing one image by a consecutive shot function of the camera; a second step of carrying out processing the electronic watermark information from the one image photographed in the first step; and a third step of stopping the photographing by the consecutive shot function of the camera when the second step detects the electronic watermark information, or carrying out the first and second steps repetitively until the number of images reaches an upper limit number of photographing by the consecutive shot function of the camera when the second step detects no electronic watermark information.
