PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a Web camera system for realizing intuitional camera control. SOLUTION: A small-sized information processing terminal including a communication means, a display means, an entry means, an attitude measuring means, and a means for controlling a camera at a remote place via a network to acquire and display images, is provided with an attitude control means for controlling the attitude of the camera by cross-referencing the attitude of a terminal with a panning/tilt angle or a panning/tilt turning angle.
