PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a simple configuration which realizes vibration-proof function and heat-dissipating function. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with external casings 15, 16, electronic apparatus body units 1, 2, 3, 4, and holding portions 5, 6 positioned between the casings and the electronic apparatus main body units for supporting the electronic apparatus body units. In this apparatus, the holding units are each configured, in such a way that the electronic body units are held by elastic members 9a, 9b having highly thermal conductivity. Further, the elastic members are mounted on a plurality of sites on the electronic apparatus bodies, and are each configured by the elastic member of an integrated structure, at each of the mounting sites.
