PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver case that protects a circuit board in the case of mounting onto or demounting from an external apparatus. SOLUTION: In an optical transceiver case 1 which houses an optical transmitting module, an optical receiving module and a circuit board 2 for controlling the optical transmitting module and the optical receiving module and is provided to be mounted onto and demounted from the external apparatus together with terminal portions of the circuit board 2, the optical transceiver case is composed of a lower case 3 on which the circuit board 2 is fixed, and an upper case 4 that covers the lower case 3, and the upper case 3 comprises projections 21, 21 for suppressing the deformation of the circuit board 2.
