PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative floor heating device capable of inhibiting and promoting heat radiation without using a control bag for controlling heat radiation. SOLUTION: In this regenerative floor heating device composed of a plate part 2 placed on a finishing floor and the like, a plate-shaped thermal storage medium 5 formed by packing the thermal storage agent 4 in a hollow box-shaped casing 10 having reinforcement ribs 6 in the vertical direction, and mounted at a lower part of the plate part 2, a hollow part 3 formed in a state of closing a space held between the plate part 2 and the thermal storage medium 5, and a control plate 7 mounted in the hollow part 3 for controlling the heat radiation from the thermal storage medium 5. The ribs 6 are formed from an upper face side and a lower face side of the container 10 in a state that recessed parts 63 are opposite to each other, the control plate 7 is vertically transited in the hollow part 3, and transiting means 8 vertically expanded and contracted on the basis of a temperature of the thermal storage medium to transit a position of the control plate 7, are respectively mounted in the upper recessed parts of the ribs 6.
