PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract a non-fluid foreign body without stopping operation even if the non-fluid foreign body is mixed in a seal box. SOLUTION: A sand circulating duct 15 having a sand separator 14 in an upper part is provided outside a furnace 1 formed with a fluidized bed, and the sand separator 14 and a top part of the furnace 1 are communicated. The sand circulating duct 15 is halfway provided with the seal box 16, and the downstream side is connected to a lower part of the furnace 1. The seal box 16 is provide with air diffusion pipes 36 in a lower part at required intervals. The lower end of the seal box 16 is connected with the upper end of a hopper 37. The lower end of the hopper 37 and the lower part of the furnace 1 are connected through a non-fluid foreign body recovery path 38. The non-fluid foreign body 35 mixed in the seal box 16 is received by the hopper 37 through between the air diffusion pipes 36, is returned to the furnace 1 through the non-fluid foreign body recovery pipe 38, and is extracted.
