PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable saw capable of being housed in a state that a saw edge is folded in a handle part, characterized in that the handle part and the saw edge are locked and capable of regulating the angle formed by the handle part and the saw edge to an arbitrary angle. SOLUTION: The saw edge 71, an attaching/detaching lever 51, a guide element 21 and the handle part 81 are attached to a saw edge operation body 11 and a rotary element 31 and a feed rod 41 are attached to the guide element 21 while a moving shaft 541 and a locking pin 531 are mounted on the attaching/detaching lever 51. The rotation of the rotary element 31 is converted to the linear movement of the moving shaft 541 connected to the feed rod 41 and the linear movement of the locking pin 531 and the saw edge 71 is rotated by the locking pin 531 to regulate the angle formed by the saw edge 71 and the handle part 81.
