摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate shape processing by avoiding reduction in shape processing accuracy by radial directional deflection of a tool, in the shape processing using a ball end mill by an orthogonal triaxial machine tool. SOLUTION: An NC program is analyzed with respective block data by using the NC program of describing normal vector information for indicating a normal vector of a processing surface in a contact point of the tool and a workpiece with respective block data including feed shaft position information. A deflection correction quantity of the tool corresponding to the normal vector of the processing surface, is calculated with respective analyzed block data. A feed shaft position is corrected in response to the calculated tool deflection correction quantity. The shape processing is performed in response to the corrected feed shaft position.
