PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe sole excellent in shock absorptivity and stability, and also satisfactory in durability and productivity, and to provide a shoe provided with the shoe sole. SOLUTION: The shoe sole 3 relating to this invention is provided with an outsole 7, a midsole 9 and a stabilizer 11, and the midsole 9 is composed of the porous molding of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. The stabilizer 11 is composed of a non-porous molding of the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, and the stabilizer 11 is joined along the heel peripheral wall of the midsole 9. The stabilizer 11 is provided with a foot arch part 21 and a heel part 23, the foot arch part 21 is provided with an inner side bottom edge part, an outer side bottom edge part and a connection part, and it is preferable that the heel part 23 is provided with a raised part 31 extended from the bottom surface of the midsole 9 to the heel peripheral wall 19.
