PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen used for partitioning space above a top plate of furniture having the top plate, which is capable of changing fitting position, to enable the easy fitting of the screen, and to prevent the occupation of space under the top plate caused by a means for supporting the screen provided under the top plate. SOLUTION: The screen has a screen panel 1 for partitioning the space above the top plate T of the furniture having the top plate, a screen stand 2 for supporting the screen panel 1, an attachment member 4 attached to a lower face of the top plate, a fitting auxiliary member 5 associated with the attachment member 4, and a tightening means 7. The tightening means 7 is provided for applying a tightening force to the attachment member 4 from an upper side of the screen stand 2 through the fitting auxiliary member 5 so as to urge the attachment member 4 upward, and also to urge the screen stand 2 downward.
