PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fraudulence committed to the acquisition of the game profits by wrongly sounding out the cycle at which the values in the electronic lottery are updated by using a low-frequency therapeutic device. SOLUTION: The chair 3 for the games is provided with a vibration sensor 55 and an alarming device 56. The host computer 4 is provided with a control part 59 comprising a CPU 61 and a state judging part 62 and an information memory part 60. When the cycle of the vibration from the chair 3 for the games is detected by the vibration sensor 55, the sense signal is outputted to the host computer 4 from the vibration sensor 55. The state judging part 62 of the host computer 4 judges whether the cycle of the vibration from the chair 3 for the games coincides with the information 60a on the cycle for the updating of the values stored in the information memory part 60 or not based on the sense signal.
