PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device system capable of simplifying the setting work of the ultrasonic diagnostic device system and executing accurate and sure connection and various kinds of settings by easily and automatically setting a processor for an endoscope and various kinds of peripheral equipment connected to an ultrasonic observation device. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic device system 1 constituted of the ultrasonic observation device 11, the processor 12 for the endoscope and two or more pieces of the peripheral equipment connected to both of the equipment comprises: a system setting means 11b provided in one of the ultrasonic observation device and the processor for the endoscope; a communication means for transferring information set by the system setting means to the other of the ultrasonic observation device and the processor for the endoscope; and an operation setting change means 12b for setting itself on the basis of the system setting information transferred by the communication means.
