摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous solution with a self-standing clay thin film to which an enzymatic catalyst and a substance participating in chemical luminescence are added. SOLUTION: This method for determining the hydrogen peroxide is characterized by determining the hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous solution with a self-standing clay thin film to which an enzymatic catalyst and a substance participating in chemical luminescence are added. The method for determining the hydrogen peroxide, wherein a peroxidase and luminol are as the enzyme and as the substance participating in the chemical luminescence, respectively. Thereby, the hydrogen peroxide can be determined in a simple process in resource-saved and environmental load-reduced states with the self-standing clay thin film capable of being stored over a long period without being deteriorated.
