In a control system for a building with a multi-deck elevator, the operation mode in an elevator control section includes a double-operation mode. In the double-operation mode, a first cage chamber alone is stopped at a plurality of first cage chamber stop floors, while a second cage chamber alone is stopped at a plurality of second cage chamber stop floors different from the first cage chamber stop floors. Further, a building facilities control section has a first group control section adapted to effect control in association with electric facilities in the first cage chamber stop floors and a second group control section adapted to effect control in association with the electric facilities in the second cage chamber stop floors.
