ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dielectric ceramic composition being used as a dielectric layer for a laminated ceramic capacitor and having high reliability and, in particular, a low defective rate to voltage resistance in the case that the capacitor is made to be thin-layered or multi-layered and to provide the dielectric ceramic composition produced by the method.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the dielectric ceramic composition has a step to mix a main component raw material powder with an auxiliary component raw material powder for the dielectric ceramic composition raw material powder and a step to burn the obtained raw material powder. The range of the ratio of the mean particle diameter (D2) of the auxiliary component raw material powder to the mean particle diameter (D1) of the main component raw material powder is shown as 0.1≤D2/D1≤0.5 and (D1) is preferably 1.0 μm or less.
