<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for transmitting voting information matched with the request of a user to terminal equipment while acquiring the latest information related with voting from the information disclosure center or integral voting center of a winning horse voting management enterprise, and to provide a device for putting into practice a mining model program selected by the user based on the request of the user, and for transmitting only the result data(order of arrival or the like). <P>SOLUTION: In this winning horse voting ticket purchase support service device, the latest voting information data are updated/stored in the database of a service device from an information center or voting center in which winning horse racing results are stored each time a predetermined time passes or each time the race ends, and a support service access from a user is processed with the latest data.
