摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively controlling tribo-microplaszma generated in a gap of friction contact point such as a sliding face of a machine, a tribo-microplasma coating method for forming a coating film on the sliding face or the like by controlling or uniformizing plasma intensity with the use of the controlled tribo-microplasma, as well as their control method and coating method. <P>SOLUTION: The tribo-plasma control method controls the tribo-plasma by applying an electromagnetic field or an electric field on the tribo-plasma generated in the gap of the friction contact part or a sliding face of a machine or the like; and controls density distribution, size, shape and pattern of the tribo-plasma; and confines inside, reinforces, and uniformizes the plasma by alternately arraying N poles and S poles so as to surround the tribo-plasma. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
