<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll for embossing an aluminum plate capable of obtaining the original plate for a planographic printing plate having excellent printing performance and sensitivity by utilizing an aluminum plate having a rugged structure obtained by being subjected to embossing using the same since the rugged structure in which the height of projecting parts is made uniform and the number of projecting parts is large can be transferred to the aluminum plate owing to the roll. <P>SOLUTION: In the roll for embossing an aluminum plate, the surface of a roll made of steel is provided with a roughened face subjected to electrolytic treatment in an electrolytic solution with the roll as an anode, and the surface thereof is provided with a chromium plated layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
