PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide color photographic sensitive material excellent in scratch resistance and storage stability and excellent also in sharpness. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material has photographic constituent layers including at least one each of red-, green- and blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers in order from a side nearer a support. The silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains a magenta dye which is fixed in a photographic constituent layer remoter from the green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer when viewed from the support and develops no color by a coupling reaction with the oxidized product of a developing agent and/or a cyan dye which is fixed in a photographic constituent layer remoter from the red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer when viewed from the support and develops no color by a coupling reaction with the oxidized product of a developing agent and contains a UV absorbing polymeric latex impregnated with a non-high-molecular-weight UV absorbing compound and represented by formula (I) (not shown) in at least one photographic constituent layer.
