<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for estimating interaction of gene expression in which an initial value of a suitable coefficient can be easily obtained and the volume of calculation is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing a gene model and estimating gene expression action on the basis of time-sequence data of a wild strain composed of a gene group which is not operated and destroyed strain obtained by destroying specific genes is provided with individual gene expression coefficient estimation steps (S17-S20) in which a loop for repeating a procedure for estimating a generation coefficient for simultaneously satisfying the time-sequence data of the wild strain and the specific destroyed strain in the gene model by the number of individual genes to be estimated which are included in the wild strain is included, and gene expression coefficient matrix estimation steps (S16-S20) in which a repeating loop for successively performing the individual gene expression coefficient estimation steps by extracting succeeding destroyed strain after finishing the estimation of the specific destroyed strain by the prescribed number of destroyed strains is included.
