PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely and effectively establish a patent right for an excellent invention in a university or the like where the feedback of values to an inventor and a whole society is difficult since an invention is not timely or effectively applied for a patent, but disclosed by presentation at meeting or the like in a conventional manner.

SOLUTION: A material pool region for pooling a plurality of papers and patent materials provided from a document contributor or an initial applicant is included, and the plurality of papers and patent materials pooled in the material pool area are disclosed to a preliminarily registered member patent attorney group. The member patent attorney group selects a specific invention necessary for preparing a corrected patent application document from among the disclosed plurality of papers and patent materials in order to prepare a corrected patent application document.
