<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a method for effectively recycling slag (sludge) in large quantities is required because the slag (sludge) formed by mixing a cement component and a fine powder component in fine aggregates into water squeezed out of concrete by a centrifugal force is produced in large quantities, in a manufacturing method of centrifugal casting concrete products such as pole, pile and Hume pipe. <P>SOLUTION: When a waste mixture consisting of garbage, paper, fiber, wooden material and plastic, waste containing chlorine compounds of industrial waste and polluted soil containing chlorine compounds are made harmless by heating/incineration etc., the slag (sludge) produced in a centrifugal casting concrete product plant, a vibration casting concrete plant or else is used as a neutralizing/cleaning agent of incineration exhaust gas and the chlorine component in the incineration exhaust gas is neutralized/cleaned by the neutralizing/cleaning agent as it is without concentrating the same or by diluting the same and spraying the same into an incinerator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
