PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely provide a camera system in which a person to be photographed can sense photographing by a camera. SOLUTION: The camera system comprises a camera for photographing a person, and a terminal being possessed by the person to be photographed, wherein the camera has a mechanism for photographing the person to be photographed, a camera side communicating section for transmitting photographic information representative of the photographic range at photographing, and a section for controlling each section of the camera. The terminal, possessed by a person to be photographed, comprises a terminal side communicating section for receiving the photographic information, and a means of informing the reception of the photographic information.
