PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate product of a printed wiring board which can be treated by chemicals efficiently and uniformly by a simple constitution, a chemical treatment method for the intermediate product, a chemical treatment apparatus used for the method, and the printed wiring board as its end product. SOLUTION: The intermediate product of the printed wiring board has detaching predetermined bands 10 mutually mounted in parallel on both sides of a sheet-shaped main body, extended in the longitudinal direction of the main body and detached from the main body and arrays 14 formed to each band 10 and composed of a plurality of periodically distributed holes 12. The chemical treatment apparatus for the intermediate has two caterpillar belts 30 and 30 mutually traveling in parallel and synchronously, and a plurality of projections 34 formed from the external surfaces of the belts 30 and 30 and engaged with the holes 12 of the arrays 14 in the intermediate product.
