发明名称 HOT-BLAST TEMPERATURE CONTROL METHOD FOR HOT-BLAST STOVE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-blast temperature control method for a hot-blast stove by which a controllability and a heat efficiency can be enhanced even when the set value of a blast temperature to a blast furnace is low. SOLUTION: At least three or more sets of regenerator type hot stoves are provided, and at parallel blasting operating time, in which the control of the hot-blast temperatures for blowing into the blast furnace by adjusting gas flow rate introduced into two sets among these hot stoves, the adjustment of the hot-blast temperature during performing the one set operating when the one set among these hot stoves is changed over into the other hot stove, is performed by mixing cold-blast adjusted to the blowing rate while adjusting the opening degree of a flow rate adjusting valve into the hot-blast ejected from the hot stove performing this one set operation. In the case of displacing the opening degree of the flow rate adjusting valve for performing the adjustment of the above cold-blast flow rate to a prescribed opening degree, the gas is introduced into the following hot-blasting by closing this flow rate adjusting valve, and then, in the case of performing the changing-over of the hot stoves one by one, the prescribed opening degree when the flow rate adjusting valve is closed, is set according with the hot-blast temperature supplied into the blast furnace.
