PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush storage case having a storage space corresponding to toothbrushes of various thicknesses and lengths and a replaceable brush for an electric toothbrush, having superior drainage preventing accumulation of water content, having a simple structure and detachably attached under a shelf of a mirror cabinet or the like. SOLUTION: This toothbrush storage case 1 is so formed that a first support piece 18 supporting the handle part 15 near the brush 16 of a toothbrush 14, and a second support piece 27 supporting a lower side part 19 of the handle part 15 of the toothbrush 14 are formed at a predetermined interval apart; and the first support piece 18 and the second support piece 27 are provided with wave-shaped support surfaces 20 and 29, respectively. This case is further provided with a mount shelf piece 28 integrated with the second support piece 27 and mounting the replaceable brush 25 for the electric toothbrush and used by being detachably attached to a slope surface under the shelf of the mirror cabinet 5.
