The present invention is directed to a processing/expressor chamber/bag and/or hub assembly for use in centrifugal processing, in particular, to centrifuge blood processing. Accordingly, such a bag, according to some embodiments of the present invention may include a substantially circular enclosure having a central opening, where the central opening includes an integrally formed first mating portion. The hub may include a second mating portion corresponding to the first mating portion. Other embodiments may include methods of assembling the hub and bag, and use of such a bag in a centrifuge system.
