The wooden handle (1) is wedge-shaped and has a groove positioned at its upper surface at the front (1b). A metal strip with at least one sharp edge (2a) is bent into a circle and fixed to the handle (1) with screws (3). The ring (2) is pulled through the pulp of the pumpkin, removing big pieces with each movement. When the opposite edge (2b) is also sharpened, the tool can be additionally pushed through the pulp. The handle (1) can be provided with a straight folding blade to be used for cutting a face into the remaining shell after the pulp is removed.
|
