ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image requiring minimized area for installation and having a high utilization ratio of toner.

SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image forming apparatus includes a developing device installed above a photoreceptor drum, a pickup roller installed above a photoreceptor drum and drawing a sheet of paper from a paper feed cassette, a paper transportation path extending below from the pickup roller. An exposure device and the paper transportation path are installed on a backside and a front side of a housing forming the exterior respectively with the developing device interposed therebetween. The developing device includes a toner container and a developing roller. The toner container is extended above from an end part of a bottom of it and has a vertical length larger than horizontal length.
