<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide athletic tights reinforcing the motion function of gluteus maximus muscles in athletics requiring instantaneous force. <P>SOLUTION: The athletic tights comprise a first raw material 14 and second raw materials 11, 12, 13 and 15, and has the following structure: a main structure part of the tights is formed of a stretch raw material so as to be worn in a condition of almost being closely fitted to the surface of the wearer's lower half body. The tightening force of the first raw material is stronger than that of the second raw material, and the first raw material is provided at a position covering at least part or whole of both gluteus maximus muscles. The second raw material is arranged in the region other than that in which the first material is arranged. Such a structure makes it possible to support contraction of the gluteus maximus when instantaneous force is required like in running action where the wearer kicks the ground by his (her) foot to go ahead so that the wearer can exert more strong instantaneous force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
