<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location radar device for enhancing location accuracy on a launching position, a trajectory path, etc. toward a target. <P>SOLUTION: When performing position location on the target, observation data not reaching a prescribed reception level but corresponding to the target are extracted from among all observation data based on a trajectory inferred from target observation data having a prescribed reception level to compile the extracted data into faint target observation data.
