<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key interlock device of a vehicle capable of enhancing the operational reliability of an ignition switch and a steering column lock assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The key interlock device of vehicle comprises a cam shaft provided which is turned in an interlocking manner with a key cylinder with a key inserted therein, a two-way solenoid actuator having a plunger in a straight reciprocating motion in the direction orthogonal the cam shaft, a lock cam block provided on the cam shaft and protruded in the radial direction of the cam shaft so as to prevent the key cylinder from being hooked by the plunger and turned in a locked state, a hook projection protruded from an end part of the plunger in the same direction as the cam shaft, and a limit cam block provided on the cam shaft so as to be hooked by the hook projection to limit the straight motion of the plunger when the key cylinder is in an ON state or a START state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
