<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generated power controller for power controlling a non-utility power generation facility based on a value by measuring a power reception demand by a watthour meter to bring the power reception demand received actually by a demander into coincidence with a target demand. <P>SOLUTION: The non-utility power generation facility connected to a commercial power system includes a generated power controller for setting a target demand value by a power generation controller provided in the non-utility power generation facility, integrating the power reception demand, and has the generated power controller by the power reception demand of the non-utility power generation facility for predicting the specified 30-min demand at an arbitrary time.
