<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power supply systems capable of performing the frequency control of a commercial system frequency without extensively spoiling the benefit of a user who has installed a power supply used for the frequency control of a commercial system. <P>SOLUTION: These power supply systems 20, 30 are configured to output commanded power source electric power at power supplies 23, 33, which are provided with: frequency monitoring means 21, 31 that monitor the commercial system frequency at the commercial system 60; output controlling means 22, 32 that, when frequency deviation from a reference frequency of the commercial system frequency is not within the preset dead band range, calculate fluctuating electric power for reducing the frequency deviation based on a fluctuating electric power target value that is determined by the predetermined relation that the larger the absolute value of the frequency deviation becomes, the larger the absolute value becomes according to a predetermined rate of change, and that output the power from the power supplies by adding the fluctuating electric power to the commanded power source electric power; and a dead-band setting means that sets preset dead band ranges according to time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
