<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving a desorbing capability of organic compound which absorbs in an absorption and desorption tank absorbing and desorbing the organic compound mixed in a treating gas by using active carbon 4. <P>SOLUTION: At an upper and lower ends of a receptacle box 1 constituting the absorbing and desorbing tank, an upper and lower end portions of a cylindrical body 5 filled with the active carbon 4 are supported, and the body 5 is provided so as to pass through inside the receptacle box 1. The treating gas for the absorption and a carrier gas for the desorption are respectively supplied into the body 5 while a cooling/heating medium passes through the box 1 side so that the absorption and the desorption of the organic compound may be carried out respectively with the active carbon, by which it is possible to recover the organic compound high in the pH, in which a high desorbing amount can be secured even if the heating medium temperature is of a low temperature, 50°C, and at the same time, which can be reused as it is. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
