PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital copy composite machine capable of monitoring an invader from the outside and unauthorized use of a copier by transmitting an image photographed by a monitoring camera to a transfer destination, previously registered by way of facsimile or electronic mail. SOLUTION: The composite machine is provided with a monitoring image transfer setting means for registering the transfer destination of the photographed image of a WEB camera 2, and selecting and setting either facsimile transmission or electronic mail transmission; and a control means 1 for detecting changes in the photographic image photographed by the WEB camera 2, each time the WEB camera 2 is accessed via a communication network, and transferring the photographic image by the transfer method selected and set by the monitoring image transfer setting method to the registered transfer destination, if there is any change.
