PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable coating of adequate amount of electrode material to the internal wall of a through hole even when diameter of through hole is large and also to form a high quality internal wall electrode of the through-hole. SOLUTION: A plurality of electronic components 1 having through-hole 3 are allocated on an ordering frame, and an electrode material 7 is coated with the screen printing to an internal wall of a through hole 3 of each electronic component 1 via a printing mask 5, while the air in the through hole 3 of each electronic component 1 is absorbed. In such a case, the printing mask 5 including an annular transmitting part 6 is used, the screen printing is conducted after arranging an internal contour of the annular transmitting part 6 to the internal side of an edge of the through hole 3, and then arranging an external contour of the annular transmitting part 6 to the external side of the edge of the through hole 3.
