PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretion aiding tool capable of surely holding a feces excreted by a person receiving care wearing a diaper in the diaper, and simultaneously preventing the feces from adhering to the skin and leaking from the diaper, greatly reducing the burden of a care giver. SOLUTION: The excretion aiding tool can form a space for excretion between the diaper and a body by expansion by an air pressure or others.
