PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that checks for missed entries not by visual observation but by computerized image processing, in conventional entry of a product name, a manufacturing number, test results, survey results and the like on a check sheet, such as a quality management form or complete survey form, in a product manufacturing or shipping process. SOLUTION: A missed entry check position detection sheet is created on which black frames are drawn in positions for missed entry determination according to a target check sheet and unique symbols are written in one black frame for check sheet discrimination. The missed entry check position detecting sheet is then registered. Image processing is performed to detect missed entries on the check sheet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
