PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application operation method and an SBC system device which are operated using the same input operation information in block from an arbitrary SBC client to a plurality of SBC servers arranged in arbitrary areas via a network. SOLUTION: The application operation method has an SBC browser 11 which transmits input operation information for making an SBC client 1 perform an application 21 to one or more SBC servers 2a, 2b, 2c via a proxy server 3, an SBC data relay part 31 with which the proxy server 3 is equipped is equipped with a function means for performing relay reception of the input operation information from the arbitrary SBC client 1 and transferring the same input operation information to one or more SBC servers 2a, 2b, 2c in block and the application 21 for receiving the input operation information via the proxy server 3 and being executable according to the input operation information is loaded on the SBC servers 2a, 2b, 2c.
