PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform personal information management distinctly reflecting users' intentions and to allow a content meeting users' will and needs to be retrieved. SOLUTION: A content classification output part 120 extracts directories which may probably meet viewpoint information such as users' will and needs at moments and temporal and geographical conditions, which is taken in by a viewpoint information input taking-in part 110 from a user ontology dictionary 12 which has strengths of relations dependent upon implicit viewpoints like user profiles as parameters and is customized for each user, and selectively outputs the directories.
