PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure not only assignment of a resource to a first accessing task, but also the dead line for resource assignment to each task, even when access contention for a resource requiring exclusive control like various input/output processing between executable tasks. SOLUTION: A task management system is provided with a deciding part for deciding whether execution of a registration object task which will access a specific resource can be completed before the passage of a deadline time, even if the execution start timing is delayed, when tasks are registered; a register part for registering registration object tasks decided as being tasks, of which the execution can be completed before passage of the deadline time, as execution object tasks; and a control part for stopping resource allocation to a task accessing the specific resource later, till the completion of resource allocation to a task first accessing the specific resource, among the tasks registered as execution object tasks.
