PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure airtightness in a housing and to excellently cool the inside of the housing. SOLUTION: The cooling mechanism is equipped with the housing 8 inside which a projection part 5 for projecting a video to a projection surface is provided and which is closed in an airtight state, a compressor 21 for sucking and compressing air in the housing 8, an air tank 22 in which the air compressed by the compressor 21 is stored, a heat exchanger 23 for radiating heat from the air in the air tank 22 to the outside of the housing 8, and 1st to 3rd nozzles 26, 27 and 28 for cooling the inside of the housing 8 by air flow blown off from the inside of the air tank 22.
