PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film or a sheet superior in transparency and heat-sealing properties. SOLUTION: This ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (A) has a density of 0.860-0.895 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and satisfies following relationships: MFR(I<SB>2</SB>) measured at a load of 2.16 kg is in a range of 0.01 to 90 g/10 min, MFR(I<SB>10</SB>) measured at a load of 10 kg and I<SB>2</SB>meet an equation; -2.2×ln(I<SB>2</SB>)+20≥I<SB>10</SB>/I<SB>2</SB>≥-2.2×ln(I<SB>2</SB>)+10, melt tension (MT(mN)) measured at 190°C and I<SB>2</SB>meet an equation; 500×(I<SB>2</SB>)<SP>-0.86</SP>≥MT≥40×(I<SB>2</SB>)<SP>-0.86</SP>. The resin composition comprises the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (A) of 1-99 wt.% and an ethylene (co)polymer (B) of 99-1 wt.% having a density of 0.900-0.960 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and the I<SB>2</SB>of which is a range of 0.1-50 g/10 min.
