PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load hooking structure of a motorcycle in which swinging of a shopping bag or the like by the effect of the wind or the like is suppressed and stabilized when a load such as the shopping bag is hooked on a hook and the motorcycle travels, and the hook does not any obstacle when a rider rides on a seat. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle, a swollen part 20 swollen backwardly is provided below handlebars 37, a leg shield 30 is provided on both sides of the swollen part 20, and a load hooking hook 7 protruded to the side of the swollen part 20 is arranged above the swollen part 20.
