PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that although catalyst solutions each of which causes a catalytic reaction by air flow to generate negative ions and/or radicals have been developed, when such a catalyst solution is simply sprayed on or dipped with a sheet-like product such as a textile product like a cloth, paper, leather or plastic film, a solution loss is inevitable, catalyst film thickness is difficult to control, and the solution cannot be mixed with other solutions and cannot be applied simultaneously. SOLUTION: Each of minute amounts of catalyst solutions is directly sprayed by a jet printer, thereby eliminating solution loss attributable to solution scattering, thus enabling film thickness to be adjusted while controlling the coating amounts of the solutions. Further, various solutions can be applied simultaneously by applying them to different areas, and only necessary portion(s) of a sheet can be coated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
