PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle control device reduced in size and weight, and easily maintained. SOLUTION: This electric vehicle control device 2 mounted on an electric vehicle and cooling a heating element installed on the electric vehicle comprises a plurality of cooling fins 3, a casing 4 storing the plurality of cooling fins 3, and a heat carrier 5 installed in the casing 4 and thermally connected to the cooling fins 3 to carrying heat to uniformize the temperature difference of the cooling fins 3.
